It's a Blogger Dashboard thing. It's probably using RSS/atom/whatever, but doesn't show people who are following me from somewhere other than Blogger.
I can follow non-Blogger blogs with it, however. So I'm not sure what you'd want to call it.
I don't do the RSS thing, so if that's how it works, it doesn't how me following you.
And I think chocolate might help :-)
